DMCA Copyright Policy
Quorish.com (“we”, “us”, “our”, “the Website”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.

3. Response to Notices
Upon receipt of a proper DMCA notice:
- We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- We will notify the user responsible for the material.
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your removed or disabled content is not infringing, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal Court in your district and that you accept service of process from the complainant.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material, unless the copyright owner files a lawsuit within 14 business days.
5. Repeat Infringers
Quorish.com reserves the right to terminate, without notice, the accounts of users found to be repeat infringers.
